HOUSESITTING.COM.PT is a virtual platform designed to connect property/home owners and alike with others who seek to help solve the need for a house sitter, home exchange and trade your own property.

It is designed for home owners, people seeking housesitting opportunities, owners looking to exchange their home for another as an alternative vacation accommodation and property owners seeking a chance to trade their property for another.

Currently all visitors have the opportunity to go on our website and depending on the category of choice, chat with people that might be offering or seeking house sitter services, home exchange and trade of property.

The use of our Chatbox service is currently free of charge, there are no charges for the present use of the chatroom and all information and opportunities arising from any contact the visitors might have had is of no charge.

In the very near future, HOUSESITTING.COM.PT will redesign its platform. The new platform will give registered users, members, a customized member area with adequate tools to advertise and promote their services, property(ies) and intentions (trade). There will be an nominal annual member fee for register users due to server maintenance and administrations costs.

The Chatbox is currently a free chatroom , available in three categories, Housesitting, Houseswapping and Trade. Here you will find users with the same interests who might be able to assist in the solution of what you seek, sitter, swapper or trader.
