Choice of Daily Visits, Overnight Stays or 24-7 Inspections including:

• Security check of the entrances and windows to your house, condo or apartment including all out buildings.
• Establish a "lived in look" by arranging draperies, adjusting shutters, bringing in mail, flyers, newspapers and moving vehicles if necessary.
• Water your house and outdoor plants.
• Monitor heat, light and water systems.
• Set your home to the normal "live-in" temperature just before your return.

Other services provided at your request:

• Visiting people you are responsible for and checking in on them.
• Run borehole water system once a week.
• Purchase groceries the day of your return.
